Trucking & Transportation Financing
Capital that moves as fast as your fleet
Carriers get paid in 30 to 90 days but pay for fuel, drivers, and maintenance every week. Loanwise Solutions matches trucking and logistics companies with factoring companies and equipment lenders that understand freight cycles, broker credit, and seasonal lanes.

Cash flow challenges we see
- Slow-paying shippers and brokers create constant cash flow gaps
- Fuel, insurance, and maintenance costs hit before invoices settle
- Banks rarely underwrite owner-operators or young authorities
- Growth requires trucks and trailers before revenue arrives

What owners use financing for
- Advance 90%+ on freight invoices the day they are delivered
- Finance tractors, trailers, and reefer units with no large down payment
- Cover fuel and payroll during a seasonal slowdown
- Add trucks to service a new dedicated lane
Typical qualifying profile
- Time in business
- Factoring available from day one with an active MC authority
- Credit
- Factoring underwrites your shippers' credit, not yours
- Typical size
- $10K–$5M facilities; equipment to $500K per unit
- Speed
- Factoring funds in 24 hours; equipment in 2–5 business days
These are typical ranges across our lending partners, not guarantees. Loanwise Solutions is a broker, not a direct lender — final terms come from the lender we place you with.

Trucking & Transportation financing: frequently asked questions
Can a new trucking authority get financing?
Yes. Freight factoring is the most common first facility because approval is based on the credit of the brokers and shippers you haul for, not on your time in business. Many carriers factor from their first load.
Do I have to factor every load?
Not necessarily. We place carriers with both whole-ledger and selective (spot) factoring programs. Selective factoring costs slightly more per invoice but lets you factor only when you need the cash.
Can I finance a used truck?
Yes. Equipment lenders regularly finance used tractors and trailers, typically up to 10 years of age at the end of the term, with terms of 36 to 60 months.
